About The Violet Chocolate Company
The Violet Chocolate Company came to life from Rebecca's desire to create chocolate with adventurous flavours, quality ingredients, and artisanal practices.
In the Spring of 2012, the time was right to branch out on her own and The Violet Chocolate Co. was born! Flavours created in our Edmonton based chocolate studio have gone on to win 37 National and 13 International Chocolate Awards, as well as gain a loyal following of chocolate fans.
Through her training as a Red Seal Chef, and years of experience working in kitchens and boutique chocolate shops, Rebecca has honed her craft for creative flavour profiles that give a nod to tradition with an eye on the future.
Every batch is crafted by hand and every ingredient is fair game as long as it enhances the natural flavours of the chocolate. Resulting in flavoured chocolate bars that are destined to impress and deserving of the time and effort to create.
With seasonal collections and limited edition flavours always in the works new flavours are not to be missed!
